Mugi Ramen and Poke serves a variety of tasty options from a fresh bowl of Poke, a large bowl of steaming hot Ramen or any combination of the yummy appetizers like Gyoza or Hirata Buns. 

rAMEN

Ramen  (拉麺, ラーメン) is a Japanese dish with a translation of "pulled noodles". It consists of Chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (叉焼, chāshū), nori (dried seaweed), menma, and scallions.

Poke

Poke is like sushi in a bowl with a rice base layered with fish or other protein, veggies, topings along with seasoning sauce.

How to order a poke bowl:

  • Step 1: Base (white/brown rice or salad mix).

  • Step 2: Protein (Salmon, tuna, tofu, etc).

  • Step 3: Mix in (cilantro, onions, etc)

  • Step 4: Sauce (spicy aioli, teriyaki, wasabi etc)

  • Step 5: Toppings (carrots, seaweed, sesame seeds cucumber, mango, corn etc)

DONBURI

Donburi 丼 "bowl", also referred to as "don")

is a Japanese-style rice bowl is as known as Donburi. 

Don is a Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice.

 

Donburi is sometimes called "sweetened" or "savory stews on rice".
